FEATURES
Pally was developed to allow a quick and easy installation of a palletising cell, giving the user great flexibility to future changes in production while being customizable.
In addition to great flexibility Pally is making complex palletising easy with advanced features - it's even a scalable solution for future production. Other features are:
Short installation time: Pally is up and running within a day.
High pallets: With Pally you can palletize up to 2.15m (84") with standard lifting columns and even higher with customized ones.
High capacity: Multiple gripping, optimized path planning and smart rotation. These features improve capacity and cycle times without increasing the speed of the arm, giving you the fastest cobot palletizer on the market, with up to 60 boxes/minute.
Small footprint: Depending on which hardware to choose, the footprint can be as low as 0,2 m2.
Shim paper routine: In the Pallet Builder, you specify where you want the shim paper. When the robot hits the stage in the process, it triggers a routine you implement yourself to lay down the shim paper.
Callbacks: Customize it! Add sensors, code or scripts at certain events during palletizing.
SERVICE
Our palletiser service is a three-step process:
We work with you to specify the set-up you need.
We install the Pally URCap on the robot, mainly in use with the UR10 and UR16 (both CB and e-series) and supply it ready for work.
You create your desired pallet layout with our web-based Pally Pallet Builder. The Pallet Builder is available online and freely accessible here: Pally Pallet Builder
And of course we ensure superb after sales support for you along the way.
