The automatic bottle feeder with hopper, designed and manufactured by CDA, is located at the inlet of the automatic packaging line. This complementary solution enables a continuous and automatic feed of bottles to be filled, capped and labelled, allowing very efficient production rates to be achieved.

Manufactured in stainless steel, the automatic bottle straightener is easily controlled thanks to a simple touch screen. It adapts to the speed of the automatic filling, capping/screwing and labelling packing stations.

Originally developed for the e-liquid sector, the automatic feeder is perfectly suited for packaging products on an automatic filling line from the agri-food and cosmetic sectors as well.

The CDA automatic feeder is compatible with complete packaging lines designed and manufactured by CDA for the automatic filling, capping and labelling of e-liquid products - electronic cigarettes, essential oils and food flavours. They are the CDA E-Fill , up to 25 products a minute and CDA E-Fill S  up to 50 products a minute.
