CDA Cap System

Monoblock for distribution and crimping of capsules and caps

The Cap System from CDA is a monobloc for dispensing and crimping capsules or foils on all types of bottle.

The high-speed automatic crimping machine can manage up to 2500 bottles an hour, depending on the product specifications.

Equipped with a conveyor, a capsule dispenser, one or two crimpers and an easy to use touchscreen for efficient machine management and configuration, the CDA Cap System can be effortlessly integrated into any production line and used with CDA automatic labelling machines.

For an all-in-one automatic labeller for still and sparkling wine, cider, Champagne and any bottle requiring a capsule or cap, CDA can supply the R1000 / R1500 Range which can, in one hour, put up to four labels on 1500 bottles of still wine; the R1000 / R1500 Mixed Range, for both still and sparkling wine, managing 1000 bottles an hour with up to four labels; the Regionale Range for still wine producing 1500 bottles an hour with up to four labels and the Lystop S  for still wine, putting up to four labels on 2500 bottles in an hour.
