Automatic linear labelling machine for e-liquid bottles

The Ninon Vape is an automatic linear labelling machine created for the e-liquid sector and essential oils industry.

This modular automatic labelling system can be fitted with one or two labelling stations, allowing the main label and the tactile (triangle) to both be applied. The Ninon Vape is suitable for all bottle sizes (10ml, 30ml, 60ml, 100ml, 120ml and a vial).

Its system guarantees precise, fast and efficient product labelling at a rate of 50 products a minute or 3000 bottles an hour. The Ninon Vape automatic labelling system is easy to use and adaptable to service different bottle sizes without the need for additional equipment.

The Ninon Vape can be integrated into an existing packaging line or used with our peristaltic precision pump for filling small bottles and vials. Take a look at the K-One CDA which can handle up to 1500 products an hour. For a complete packaging line for e-liquid, CDA offers the E-Fill monoblocks with a capacity of up to 25 products a minute and  the E-Fill S  which can handle up to 50 products a minute.
