Automatic linear labelling machine for wrapping adhesive labelling around cylindrical products

CDA’s Ninon Wrap is an automatic linear labelling machine using the adhesive banding/wrap-around labelling technique to label cylindrical products of all sizes.

This linear automatic labeller can manage 200 products a minute with a very high application accuracy. It has an easy to use touch screen which can be simply adjusted.

This automatic labelling machine is suited to many sectors including brewing where it is perfect for beer bottles of all sizes; for packaging in the cosmetics and health sector on items such as ointment, liquid soap, shampoo, moisturising products and shower gel; for food processing containers for canned fruit and vegetables, sauces, condiments and preserves and in the chemical sector it is ideal for pots and cans containing solvents, motor oil, detergent, paint and varnish.

The Ninon Wrap works smoothly in a complete packaging line with a CDA automatic filling machine such as the  K-Line S  filling up to 3000 litres an hour or the K-Net Auto  with a capacity of 800 litres an hour.
