Labelling Machines

This video shows an example of the very popular CDA R1000 Range but with 23 different CDA labelling machines available you can be sure of getting the perfect set-up for your business needs.

Our range covers all the labelling speeds, size and position you'll need and our expert team are really happy to advise you on the options available.

With these types of machine, labels are pre-printed onto rolls and then applied perfectly to your packaging. Ideal for bottles, phials, boxes, cartons and more.

Print and apply

Easily integrated into your production line, the world-leading Domino range of automated print and apply label machines are reliable, flexible, robust and can be configured for a wide range of applications.

Whether a label is to be applied on the front of individual products, on the top of a tray, or over the corner of a bundle package, the same fundamental requirements for traceability, legibility and clarity apply. Domino systems come with a wide range of standard or customised applicators to accommodate all your labelling needs.

These machines print the label and apply it in one process.


Filling machines

CDA filling machines complement the labelling range perfectly. The model shown here (K-Net Auto) fills and screws on a cap in one process - for really efficient packing lines.

CDA also makes a filling machine specifically for small bottles or phials - commonly used in vaping products.

These machines are calibrated to ensure accurate dosing with the filler made from food-grade stainless steel so they are fully compliant with hygeine regulations.

If you’re looking for an automatic bottle filling machine, the range available from CDA is second-to-none.

Label applicators

With the Intrex range of label applicators you can achieve greater productivity but at great value. The machines are designed to be simple to use and to integrate with other machines for small to medium-sized operations.

Two machines in our range provide for speeds from 27 labels/minute up to 75 labels/minute.

These machines apply pre-printed labels from a roll.
