CDA VS 500 automatic screw capping machine

The VS 500 electric screw capper is an automatic capping module with an integrated screwer specially designed for all types of caps, including spray or pump caps.

The VS 500 works with all types of formats and has a crank height adjustment. It can be easily integrated into a complete filling line but can also be used outside a complete packaging system. With a 1000mm conveyor it can reach a speed of up to 25 products per minute depending on the format.

The VS 500 CDA is suitable for all CDA automatic filling machines: K-NET Auto (linear filling machine with a capacity of up to 1200 bottles per hour), K-LINE S (linear filling machine with a capacity of up to 3000 litres per hour), as well as for all CDA automatic labelling machines.
