Semi-automatic screwing for independent capping

The VS 100 capping machine designed by CDA is a semi-automatic, independent screw-capping module for caps on a range of products. Using an integrated screwer, this module will screw the caps on to your containers. Easy to use, it has a two-hand control and the adjustment of the screwing torque is done on the screwing head.

This semi-automatic capping system allows easy screwing of the caps of various containers for a wide range of products. The food sector uses it for vinegar and oil bottles whilst the beauty sector uses it for bottles of shampoo and conditioner. It can also be used for e-liquids and detergents.

If you are prefer an automatic screw-capping machine, CDA recommends its VS 500  automatic capping machine capable of handling 20 products per minute, depending on format, or its VS 1000 automatic screwing machine which can handle 40 products per minute depending on format.

To enhance the packaging of your products, CDA has a wide range of semi-automatic labelling machines. They include the Ninette 1 semi-automatic labelling machine which applies a label at a speed of up to 1000 products per hour whilst the Ninette 2 semi-automatic labelling machine applies two labels on up to 1000 products per hour.
