The VS 1000 automatic capping module is an independent capping machine manufactured by CDA.

It is adaptable to fit any caps: pump caps, spray caps included. Its flexibility allows it to service a wide range of containers from 20cl up to to 5 litres with the automatic capping of vials, jars and bottles. The automatic capping machine VS 1000 suits a diverse range of sectors including food production, the beauty industry, chemical and paint production and household products.

The automatic capping machine boasts a screwing system worked by two electric screwing machines. It has a detection cell to ensure the presence of the cap and the torque is easily adjusted. Customers can also arrange for a pushing module to be integrated directly on to the conveyor.

This automatic screwing machine is an ideal companion for CDA automatic filling machines such as the K-NET AUTO CDA (speed up to 1200 vials per hour) or the K-LINE S (speed up to 3000 litres per hour) and CDA automatic labelling machines.
