CDA K-Net

Semi-automatic filling machine for all types of liquids.

The CDA K-Net is a semi-automatic filling machine for dosing and filling all types of liquids including fluids, viscous and pasty. It has an optional screwing system.

This semi-automatic filling machine impresses with its precision and ease of use and cleaning. It is compatible with CDA automatic and semi-automatic labelling machines.

An electromagnetic or mass flow meter is used depending on the type of product. This semi-automatic filler integrates the counting systems of the top manufacturers and guarantees filling tolerances of +/- 0.5 per cent of the dosed volume. It is ideal for small and medium productions and can reach 600 vials an hour dependant on the product and container.

Depending on the pumping system, the K-Net is ideal for use in a range of industry sectors. In food processing it can be used for ingredients such as honey, oil, mustard and fruit juice; chemical producers can use it to fill containers with paint and varnish, household products and solvent, whilst cosmetics producers can use it to fill containers with cream, ointment and oils for example.
