Fitted with a stainless steel conveyor, CDA’s K-Net Auto linear automatic filler enables automatic dosing/filling and screw capping of all types of liquids while ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.

Designed for all formats and a wide range of products, the K-Net Auto is suitable for a range of industries.  Food processors can use it to fill vinegar, oil, fruit juice, honey and marmalade containers whilst cosmetics suppliers can use it to decant perfume, soap, ointment and body oil into containers. It is also ideal for dispensing paint and varnish into buckets and pots.

This linear automatic filler guarantees filling tolerances of +/- 0.5 per cent of the dosed volume. It can achieve 1200 bottles an hour depending on the format and type of liquid whether it be fluid, viscous or pasty.

CDA’s K-Net Auto automatic filling machine is known for its precision, ease of use and cleaning. It is controlled by an intuitive and easy-to-use touch screen.

To get the optimum performance for packing and labelling products this machine can be used alongside our labelling machines such as the Ninon 1500/2500 range  which can put up to four labels on a cylindrical product, the Ninon Konic  which can mount up to three labels on conical products and the Ninon Side  for side labelling on square, flat and oval products.
