Initially designed for the e-liquid industry, this device enables the dosage, screw capping and labelling of products in an ultra-compact size.

It meets the most stringent expectations and regulations in terms of filling and labelling e-liquid bottles for e-cigarettes. However, thanks to an innovative team, it has now been adapted so other sectors can benefit from this technology.

It is ideal for food processors producing small bottles of flavourings and cosmetics producers for small volume products such as oils and creams. It can manage products as small as 5ml right up to 1L with a maximum diameter of 90mm.

Its peristaltic pump system allows a liquid change in under two minutes without cleaning the pump. The E-Fill can also be equipped with a volumetric pump by flow meter or piston depending on the viscosity of the product to be filled.

The complete E-Fill packaging line can apply up to two labels and fill up to 25 products per minute. Controlled by an easy to use touchscreen, its memory can store 50 product covers.

This monobloc is ideal for e-liquid vials, soap bottles, essential oil and food bottles but can also be used for other applications.
