The E-Fill S is in the latest generation of fully automatic filling, capping and labelling machines. This complete packaging line has been designed for vials from five to 250 ml.
The E-Fill S Monobloc is the ideal solution for packaging products such as food flavours as well as e-liquids for electronic cigarettes.
Specially designed for the e-liquid sector vials can be packaged in a single machine. It not only allows filling, capping and screwing but also precise and automatic labelling. The’ Pick and Place’ system ensures optimal removal and screwing of the caps.
Capable of applying up to two labels, the E-Fill S monobloc can deal with up to 50 products a minute. CDA engineers have developed an automatic rectifier with hopper allowing total automation of production.
